Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. Please provide us with your order number and photos of the product you're dissatisfied with.

Reasons for returning an item :

- Incorrect sizing
- Defective Product / Manufacturer Defects

Shipping Fees

Please note customers are responsible for all return shipping charges except for faulty items, or products damaged in transit. Shipping fees and taxes are non-refundable.

If you are shipping an item over $50, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
If your item is lost or damaged in transit, this is at your own responsibilityItems sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned including custom products such as special orders or personalised items. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Warranty

At Vantura Outfitters, we firmly stand by the excellence of our merchandise and strive to ensure the utmost satisfaction of our customers. Thus, we provide a comprehensive 1-year manufacturing warranty from the date of purchase. Should a manufacturing defect arise, the purchaser is entitled to have the product repaired or receive appropriate compensation for any ensuing damage. Our adept team will carefully evaluate the situation and determine whether to repair, replace, or offer compensation for the fault, at our discretion.

  1. Warranty Period: The warranty period starts from the date of purchase and lasts for 12 months. During this time, we will repair or replace any parts that are found to be defective due to materials or workmanship, free of charge.

  2. Covered Items: This warranty covers any defects that occur during normal use of our products. It covers the aluminium components, awning poles, the awning/rooftop tent fabric, and all other components of the awning/ rooftop tent that are included with the original purchase.

  3. Exclusions: This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, abuse, negligence, accident, or modification of the product. It also does not cover damage caused by acts of nature, such as wind, rain, hail, or other weather events. It is worth noting that our awnings/rooftop tents are to protect against the sun and are not 100% water tight when open. They are in fact very water resistant and will protect against nearly all water ingress. An occasional single water drip can be expected and will not result in a successful warranty claim.

  4. How to Make a Claim: To make a warranty claim, please contact our customer service department at info@vanturaoutfitters.com. You will need to provide your name, address, phone number, proof of purchase and photos of your installation / issue. Our team will assist you with the warranty claim process.

  5. Our Obligations: If your product is found to be defective during the warranty period, we will repair or replace the product, free of charge. If the product is no longer available, we reserve the right to substitute a similar product of equal or greater value. Our obligation under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the product and does not extend to any other incidental or consequential damages. We reserve the right to deny warranty if the correct installation methods were not adhered to.
